Perfect for the alumni gala
Zainab S., Lagos
Wore XS under a tailored vest to the UNN alumni gala last month. The bogolan's geometry is sharp and modern—it read sophisticated, not costume. Comfort was surprising; I wore it for six hours without thinking about the fit. Worth every naira.
Wore it to my brother's naming ceremony

The bogolan pattern is stunning in person—the indigo and cream work beautifully together. I sized up to L because I wanted it loose and flowing, and it drapes exactly how I imagined. People kept asking where I got it, and I loved telling them it was hand-stamped from Bamako.
Quality is there, construction is honest

Got the M in bogolan. The fabric is thicker than I expected—proper weight, not thin at all. My only note: the sleeves run a touch long if you like a fitted cuff, but that's easy to roll. The hand-stamping is genuinely unique; mine has a pattern I haven't seen anywhere else.
Beautiful fabric, slight color variation note

I ordered expecting solid bogolan, but each shirt has slight dye variations—which makes sense if they're truly hand-dyed. It's not a flaw, just worth knowing. The M fits me true to size. I styled it for work and it holds its own against my linen pieces.
Ordered two—one for me, one as a gift

The hand-stamped detail is real; you can see the slight variations where the dye took differently. I'm usually between sizes, went with L, and it's comfortable for layering or wearing solo. My cousin in Dakar got the S and she said the same thing about the craftsmanship.
