Navy Ruby-Diamond Dress

I commissioned this for my daughter's alumni gala and it arrived looking like it came straight from runway. The silk drapes like water, and those hand-set sequins are quality—you can feel the difference. She wore it with simple jewelry and everyone was asking about the designer. Lela outdid themselves.

This dress is everything. The sequins catch the light so beautifully—I felt like I was shining the whole ceremony. Navy is my color, and the way it hugs at the waist and hip without being tight is exactly what I needed. The bell sleeves are such a nice touch, and people kept asking where I got it.

The dress is stunning—really well-made and the ruby diamonds are exactly as pictured. I'm between sizes and ended up going L because the M felt snug through the hips, which is how the cuts are. For a naming ceremony, it was perfect. Only wish the hem had a bit more movement, but that's personal preference.
